Humans are made up of the four elements found in nature: Air, Earth, Water & Fire. When all are restored to their correct balance and are working in harmony within your physical body, you emit out the fifth element of Spirit or Ether.
Once the first four elements are in balance, there is naturally more space available in the energetic system. Only then can the fifth element, Ether (also known as Spirit), ignite your heart space, expand your consciousness and set in motion rejuvenating changes in your physical structure.
Each element works with the frequencies contained in emotional, mental and physical pain and trauma. In the program, we introduce The Elements to interact with the unique energetic imprint contained in your cells. This facilitates unprecedented healing of what is out of balance and brings it back into alignment with your true, potent self.
The Elements
Air: Connected to our breath, heart, movement/flow including expansion and contraction. Linked to mental stress. When we are deeply connected, we are in tune with all frequencies as a whole.
Earth: Connects us like a solid structure. Linked to bones, nails, teeth, skin, tissue and bodily hair. Grounding us like a tree which pulses with strength and resources to replenish itself so we have solid foundations in our creative reality.
Water: Connects us to our blood, saliva, urine and sweat. Along with the emotional body, it creates purification so dis-ease can flow out of the body’s waterways, moving energy back into balance.
Fire: Connects us to the skin, hot and cold, the metamorphic state, vision, thirst and hunger as well as our electromagnetic field. The fire in our bellies is what puts us into action as humans. When we find ourselves in the cold, harsh world of our programs and beliefs, it is the fire in our bodies that rages against us.
Spirit (aka Ether) is required to activate your dormant power grid. Once all the elements are balanced, Ether is like a never-ending flash that ignites the light within. Density is released and there is more space for higher consciousness to begin a new evolutionary path of greatness and unity. The body shifts into accelerated patterns of rejuvenation. Vitality is our new normal.
How to Use them
WEEK 1 calling upon your element that is most needed to create the greatest shift within that holds you in any beliefs, patterns, cycles and density. You will work with this element for the next 7 days through activated water, drinking it daily. Notice changes to your emotions and physical vessel.
WEEK 2 You continue working with the shifts occurring for you from the last week. You will bring in the next element that requires you to move and shift more energy through the cells to eliminate what is no longer serving you.
WEEK 3 You are building a new structure within that is starting to feel completely different to the way you have always been: more grounded, insightful and clear. This creates new pathways to open the cells that start rotating in a new cycle of life force. Your Energy is flowing, feeling fresh and new. You introduce the third element into your system.
WEEK 4 You will introduce the last of the four elements required to bring you back into harmony and balance within your physical, mental, emotional bodies. This is preparing you for the final expansion of your spirit into form, birthing a new youthful innocence.
WEEK 5 You will activate the 5th element of Spirit/Ether into your heart, igniting the light within to reverse your trillions of cells into trillions of fountains of youth. This is the completion and celebration full circle in the container of renewal and rebirth. A new youthful human being is being revealed, capable of so much more than you ever imagined. Celebrate as you feel alive, wild and authentically you in every way.
This is an interactive course with both your willing to engage and learn from each element and integrate them into your field whilst I hold space each week through a one on one video call to assist you through each initiation one by one until the whole circle is complete and you are ready to switch up to your next level of your game/mastery.
